Who is responsible
TrustMentor and its apps are operated by Jan Tore Hafell, Oslo, Norway, who is the data controller for the purposes of the GDPR. This policy covers every TrustMentor app. Contact: admin@trustmentor.eu.
What is collected

No advertising identifiers are collected, no behavioural tracking is performed, and no data is sold or shared for marketing.
Where it is stored
All personal data is stored in the European Union, on Supabase infrastructure hosted in Stockholm, Sweden.

Legal basis
Your account data and listening progress are processed to perform the contract between us — that is, to provide the service you signed in to use. Feedback is processed on the basis of legitimate interest in supporting and improving the app.
How long it is kept
Until you delete your account. Deletion is immediate and permanent, and removes your account, your listening progress and any feedback you sent.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to your data, correction of it, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and you may object to processing. You can exercise the right to erasure yourself, at any time, without asking us:
Delete account is in the app, on the home screen below Sign out. It removes everything immediately — there is no grace period and nothing is recoverable.
For anything else, write to admin@trustmentor.eu. You also have the right to complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority, Datatilsynet.
Children
TrustMentor publishes professional training material and is not directed at children.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the date above changes and the app will say so at next sign-in.
